There’s a challenge for everyone, starting with the future open water swimming legends.

A great start for kids age 9-14 to take on the 400m and 200m swimming challenge in the heart of the Cascais Bay.

COURSE DETAILS

The younger age groups will take on the 200m race, with a single loop, while the older will complete 2 loops for a total of 400m.

Both events have a start and finish line on land. The 400m race will also have a turning point on land, meaning swimmer’s will have to exit the water, run a small distance on land before starting the 2nd loop.

Teams of 4 elements can compete in Travessia Lisboa-Cascais 20km.

Each team must have a support boat and skipper to accompany them.

RACE LICENSE

All swimmer's must have a race license. This is included in the registration.

GENERAL RULES

Reading and complying with race regulations is mandatory for participation as well as ensuring every swimmer's safety.

The Race Regulations contain mandatory information, fundamental for a safe participation in the event. Reading and complying with the regulations is mandatory.
